About My Clients
You’re in a season of change and it feels overwhelming. Whether you’re starting college, entering the workforce, navigating relationships, or just trying to figure out who you are, this stage of life can bring both excitement and uncertainty. If you’re feeling anxious, low, stuck, or weighed down by old wounds, therapy can help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. I work with young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the impact of childhood trauma.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to support you in managing distress, shifting unhelpful patterns, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are with no pressure to have it all figured out, which most people do not have thins figured out. Along with these evidence based practices I use my own life experiences to support clients. Like most of you I have been through challenging events and want to support those who need someone to be there for them. Life and therapy can be hard and being vulnerable is not always easy but if you are ready to at least try then I am here to help.
