About My Clients

I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, body image challenges, life transitions, LGBTQ+ related concerns, generational trauma, and the effects of unhealthy family dynamics. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we create a supportive space to increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My Background and Approach

I provide individualized therapy for adolescents and adults using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. Therapy is tailored to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, helping clients build coping skills, increase self-compassion, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with their values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic relationship. Every person deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I view clients as the experts on their own lives and see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. I believe that while our past experiences shape us, they do not have to define our future. By developing insight, self-compassion, and effective coping strategies, people can break unhelpful patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values and goals. My role is to support and empower clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change.
