About My Clients
I support children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, identity exploration, school stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work with clients who struggle with regulation, big feelings, or difficulty expressing needs. Many seek therapy to build coping skills, understand their body and brain responses, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I bring experience working with children through young adults, including time spent in inpatient care supporting clients in crisis and navigating intense emotions. This background allows me to approach therapy with steadiness, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and dysregulation impact the body and mind. My work integrates somatic practices, neuroscience-informed techniques, and the Zones of Regulation to help clients understand and manage their emotional and physical responses. I create a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, build coping skills, and increase emotional awareness at a pace that feels safe. By blending body-based tools with practical strategies, I help clients manage anxiety, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, and relational challenges. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, regulation, and confidence.
