About My Clients
My clients are high-functioning women and couples who understand themselves well but find that insight alone hasn't been enough to create lasting change. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, perimenopause, relationship patterns, or the aftermath of a significant rupture. What they share is a readiness to go deeper- beyond what can be understood intellectually, into what can finally be felt and shifted.
My Background and Approach
I offer holistic, attachment-based therapy for women and couples in Los Angeles, Pasadena, and San Diego. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to work with the emotional and relational patterns that keep people stuck. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, perimenopause, life transitions, and relational wounds. For couples, I use EFT to help partners understand the cycle driving their disconnection and build a more secure, resilient relationship. For clients who have found traditional talk therapy helpful but feel something deeper hasn't shifted, I also offer equine-assisted therapy- an experiential approach that allows emotional and relational patterns to be worked with directly, in real time. My work is designed to create change that is not just understood but genuinely felt and integrated. In-person in Pasadena and Los Angeles. Virtual throughout California including San Diego.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that lasting change happens not just through understanding, but through felt experience- in the body, in relationship, and in the moments that matter. Insight is valuable, but it is rarely enough on its own. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, and in the capacity for genuine transformation at any stage of life. The patterns that keep us stuck were often formed in relationship- and they can be healed in relationship too. I'm deeply committed to working with women and the unique challenges they navigate- including the transitions, losses, and shifts in identity that rarely get the attention they deserve. Perimenopause, relational rupture, and the quiet suffering of high-functioning women are areas I take seriously and work with regularly. My approach is holistic because I believe the whole person- mind, body, nervous system, and relational history- deserves to be part of the healing process.
