Sydnei utilizes an existential theoretic approach by guiding clients to identify, then walk towards their life’s purpose. Life moves fast, in a session with Sydnei, you can expect the use of mindfulness practices to increase self-awareness and the connection between mind, body and spirit. Sydnei incorporates Dialectical Behavioral therapy techniques and foundational principles acquired in Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Sydnei is passionate about your growth. She enjoys walking alongside clients motivated to become the best version of themselves.
