I am licensed Clinical Counselor who is passionate about working with my clients to help them discover their true selves. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments. My services include individual, couples therapy and family therapy. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California, providing telehealth services to clients statewide. I work with preteens, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults. I am trained in EMDR,DBT and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make meaningful progress and begin feeling better. My therapeutic style and approach are particularly well-suited for preteens, teens, adolescents and adults who may be navigating life transitions, social pressures, and emotional challenges.

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I don't operate with a rigid idea of a perfect client or a specific path you must follow. Instead, our work is entirely focused on your goals, not mine. I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where we work together, at your pace, to explore challenges and build a life that feels authentic and manageable for you.
