About My Clients
Are you here because you frequently feel worried, guilty, lonely, or angry? I specialize in mood, anxiety, stress, and anger management, and trauma treatment. You will understand a pattern behind your painful emotions and be able to change it during the course of therapy.
My Background and Approach
My therapy orientation is integrative, which means I use a combination of modalities specifically targeted to meet your goals. I practice psychodynamic therapy and use effective treatment tools including CBT, Mindfulness, DBT and EMDR. My style is warm and direct, with a sense of humor. Before becoming a psychologist I was a scientist and project manager. I also worked as a career coach and a teacher. I lived in other countries. I offer online/video sessions.
