I am trained and practice in Attachment Focused-EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy, Trauma Informed Model, Internal Family System, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Advanced Training in Child and Family Therapy.
