About My Clients
I am all about authenticity. My goal through counseling is to support individuals in their journey to healing and growth. I have experience working with a variety of people, from various walks of life, ranging from adolescents to adults. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I enjoy noticing the coping skills individuals are using and encourage people to give themselves recognition for this.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I use a client-centered approach and believe it is important to meet a person where they are at. I have specialized training in trauma and am EMDR trained. As an experienced educator, I enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge and often utilize CBT, DBT, and somatic focused skills in session.
