Adults and Adolescents struggling with changes in mood that are affecting daily functioning benefit from group therapy and peer support. New & expecting mothers who are struggling with mood changes that affects daily living are encouraged to enroll in group therapy as well.
My Background and Approach
Empowered Guidance relies on the support from the group therapist and peer support to empower individuals to find needed strength to overcome challenges and hard times. The weekly groups use Adlerian behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy constructs to help clients reach their full potential in regaining control of their emotions.
