About My Clients
I work with adults aged 18-65 seeking support with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational trauma, and intimacy issues. My clients often feel stuck in negative patterns or struggle to build meaningful relationships. Together, we explore their challenges with compassion and care, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and attachment-focused therapy. My goal is to help clients heal, grow, and develop the skills needed to foster healthier relationships and greater self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with expertise in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational trauma, and intimacy challenges. Since 2016, I’ve used evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused therapy to support clients in building trust, resilience, and healthier relationships. Rooted in an understanding of attachment theory, my work focuses on creating a safe, collaborative space to explore challenges and foster growth. Through personalized online sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, I help clients reduce pain, release shame, and develop self-compassion. My goal is to empower clients to overcome obstacles, build self-trust, and create more fulfilling lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the resilience and strength of the human spirit and the power of empathy to create meaningful change. My approach to therapy reflects my values of inclusivity, compassion, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I am deeply committed to supporting social justice and mental health advocacy, working to create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to healing, growth, and a fulfilling life.
