About My Clients
I work with teens, college students, and adults who are bright, capable, and motivated but feel overwhelmed by planning, organization, follow through, or managing daily demands. My ideal client is ready for support that feels personalized, evidence-based, and collaborative. Together, we build practical skills, confidence, and sustainable systems that help life feel more manageable.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist with advanced training in school neuropsychology, and I have a strong background in helping teens, college students, adults, and families understand how the brain works and what supports meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based executive function coaching. I help clients build clarity, strengthen core skills, and create systems that feel manageable in real life. Sessions are personalized, goal directed, and designed to support lasting growth, not quick fixes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual deserves support that is equitable, respectful, and aligned with their lived experience. My background as a school psychologist and educational psychologist shapes my commitment to neuroaffirming, evidence based care. With nearly a decade of experience across public schools and private practice, I understand how learning differences, ADHD, and executive function challenges intersect with identity, access, and opportunity. I approach clients with curiosity, collaboration, and a deep belief in their capacity to grow. My work focuses on helping people understand their strengths, build realistic skills, and create systems that promote confidence, independence, and meaningful change.
