I can help you develop understanding/tools/communication skills to improve your situation, in an environment where you will feel heard and understood.
My Background and Approach
I work to develop meaningful connections with my clients in a safe therapeutic environment. I help clients to better their lives, partnerships, families, work and social relationships, by exploring how experiences, thoughts and feelings color the way we interact with our world, and also providing tools and information to help you take action to improve your situation. My approach comprises humanistic, CBT, mindfulness, and Gottman theory interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all grow and change constantly. It is never too late to improve your life, given you have the will and desire to change. It is a brave step to reach out for help and I am honored to work with people to help them achieve their goals.
