About My Clients

I work with teens and adults who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like themselves. I especially enjoy supporting women navigating menopause, caregiving, aging, relationships, and changing roles or identity. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll create a safe, accepting space to explore what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and help you feel more confident moving forward.

My Background and Approach

As an LSMHC working under the supervision of Jay Gallagher Therapy, I provide counseling to teens and adults throughout Massachusetts. My clinical experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am also developing a specialty in women’s mental health, with a particular interest in menopause, caregiving, aging, relationships, and changing identity. I use person-centered, trauma-informed, and feminist approaches to create a safe, accepting space where you can feel heard and understood. Our work is tailored to your needs and focused on helping you build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges and changes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Justice, equity, and treating people with dignity have always been important to me, both personally and professionally. My professional experience has included work in rape and domestic violence advocacy, as well as addiction and substance misuse prevention. In my own community, I helped found a local homeless shelter and have volunteered with LGBTQIA+ causes supporting inclusion, acceptance, and equal rights. These experiences have shaped who I am and how I show up as a therapist. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, safe, and able to be themselves. In our work together, I hope you’ll find a place where you can bring your whole self and know that you will be met with warmth, compassion, and without judgment.
