I see individuals, couples and families. It must be a good fit and if it isn't I encourage you to seek who might suit you well. I have broad experience and am culturally inclusive. If you suffer from severe anxiety, i provide the space to explore what you feel is overwhelming
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed creative arts therapist but also am skilled and trained in verbal psychottherapy. When you feel alone and need someone to really listen to you, I will provide that space. We often feel ashamed of our thoughts, judged or overwhelmed is often the time to seek help. My approach is in mostly a collaborative approach in understanding and exploring your challenges. I value everyone's life experience and personal story. I have extensive experience with couples counseling and family therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is hard. In times when you feel alone and it's hard to take charge, feelings can become extremely overwhelming. Understanding why you feel what you feel is the key to living well. Changing this perspective and looking at the potential outcome will and should be explored together.
