My Background and Approach
I utilize many therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) & aspects of DBT as well as Attachment -Focused Family Therapy including Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)* completed Level 1. I'm a certified ADHD specialist. I provide ADHD coaching and parent psychoeducation and parent training.
