My focus is to help you heal and become more aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this through providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and by utilizing a customized treatment plan that is unique to you. My Background and Approach
I provide trauma informed care, while also utilizing an integrated therapeutic approach. Some of those approaches include using techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I provide my clients with items and information that can keep them engaged and accountable in between sessions, to ensure they get the most of out our time together.
