About My Clients

You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Perhaps you are questioning your identity, struggling with self-worth, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You may notice recurring emotional or relational patterns that are difficult to change. Whatever brings you to therapy, I welcome the opportunity to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and openness, supporting a deeper understanding of yourself.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing on attachment-based perspectives to understand how early experiences and relationships shape our emotional lives and patterns of relating. I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, curiosity, and compassion. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My background in art also informs my approach, bringing an appreciation for creativity, self-expression, and the different ways we make sense of our experiences. I value each person's individuality and tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals, supporting greater self-awareness, emotional growth, and meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value compassion, authenticity, equality, and respect for each person's individuality. I believe in the humanity that connects us all, beyond our differences, backgrounds, and life experiences. I feel strongly about women's empowerment and supporting women in discovering their voices, recognizing their worth, and building lives rooted in their own needs, values, and aspirations. I am particularly interested in the dynamics of codependency, people-pleasing, and relational patterns that can lead us to lose ourselves while caring for others. I believe that healthy relationships begin with a healthy relationship with ourselves, and that learning to establish boundaries, embrace our individuality, and recognize our inherent worth can be deeply transformative. I value kindness, mutual respect, connection, and creating a world where everyone feels accepted, empowered, and free to be themselves.
