About My Clients

My clients are mostly neurodivergent, queer, trans, children of immigrants and POC individuals. I work with those looking for relief from cycling patterns and thoughts and feeling stuck. Whether you are new to therapy or have previous experience, I welcome you and celebrate where you are.

My Background and Approach

I have my Bachelor's in Social Work and my Master's in Community and Trauma Counseling. I have experience providing trauma-informed care to adults and teens experiencing loss, anxiety, trauma, and more. I consider my clients holistically and systemically, understanding that some struggles we face in life are a result of things outside of our own control. I help people rediscover their power and ability to make sustainable changes that improve their quality of life. My approach emphasizes embodied learning and somatic awareness. I hope to provide an authentic and non-judgmental space for you to fully explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a queer, neurodivergent, child of immigrants. My values and beliefs include autonomy, harm reduction, abolition and anti-racism. I advocate for a free Palestine and Landback.
