I focus on working with adolescents and the emerging adulthood population. I specialize in areas related to anxiety and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing concerns about their sexuality or gender identity.

I am trained in ACT, CBT, and DBT skills, and approach healing through the lens of these treatment approaches.
