About My Clients
I have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of challenges. Primarily, I provide support to women dealing with depression, anxiety, motherhood and infertility, balancing the responsibilities of family and career, relationship and parenting issues, and the aftermath of narcissistic abuse. I also specialize in helping individuals struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse.
My Background and Approach
As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders and mental health issues. I have advanced doctoral training which includes both clinical and research experience. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of California San Diego. Both my Master’s and Doctoral degrees were completed at California Lutheran University. I have previously worked in community counseling, substance abuse treatment, the juvenile justice system, school-based mental health, and residential treatment. I have been working in private practice since 2018/2019. My approach addresses various aspects of your concerns including cognitive and behavioral patterns, motivational factors, unconscious processes, existential dilemmas, while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide you with a comprehensive and tailored therapy experience that promotes your well-being and empowers you to make positive changes in your life.
