My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take an integrative and human centered approach to therapy, which means that your goals and experiences will be the continued focus of our work together. I will meet you with gentle curiosity about the world that shaped you and the stories you have carried throughout your life. Each client will have an individualized treatment plan designed for their specific goals. Uncovering untouched parts of ourselves can be painful for some and will take time and willingness to walk through. There is no rule for how slowly or quickly our work is done and I will be with you every step of the way. My role is to coauthor this experience as you step into your own transformation and create the life you've been seeking.
