About My Clients
You might be carrying something you've never said out loud — about your body, your history, your desires, or your identity. I work with survivors of trauma and sexual violence, people exploring identity or sexuality, kink and BDSM communities, sex workers, and those in non-monogamous relationships. Many clients felt they had to hide parts of themselves in therapy before. You don't have to do that here.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist with over ten years in the trauma field. I founded Full Expression Therapies to offer trauma and sex therapy on a self-selected sliding scale — no insurance billing, because your privacy matters. My approach draws from EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and expressive arts. I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher and certified aerial arts instructor — I integrate movement and body-based practice into clinical work when it fits. Healing lives in the nervous system, not just the mind. I'm an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, pursuing AASECT sex therapy certification, and I offer clinical supervision for trauma therapists.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a political act. Who gets access to care, whose experiences are pathologized, and whose desires are treated as problems — these aren't neutral questions. I built Full Expression Therapies to push back on all of it. I'm a feminist, committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice. I've worked alongside survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking — first as an advocate, now as a clinician. I'm sex-positive, kink-allied, and affirming of sex workers, queer and trans folks, and anyone whose life exists outside the mainstream. I'm a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I center difference, not just tolerate it. I teach trauma-informed yoga and aerial arts locally and inclusively. I believe in the healing power of the body. I care about the environment. I'm part of a community garden and volunteer maintaining local green spaces — because how we tend the earth reflects how we tend each other.
