About My Clients
As a bilingual therapist who speaks both English and Spanish, I am passionate about supporting women, mothers, and first-generation adults navigating the unique challenges that can arise when balancing personal needs, family expectations, cultural values, and multiple responsibilities. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from the person they want to be.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I believe that every person's story deserves to be heard without judgment and that meaningful growth happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I recognize that our relationships, life experiences, and environments influence how we see ourselves and interact with the world around us. In therapy, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while building on your strengths and resilience. I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you while building practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, motherhood, family expectations, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have it all figured out. I strive to help clients: Feel more connected to yourself and better understand what you need Break patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build healthier ways of coping Set boundaries that honor both your relationships and your own well-being Navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with more confidence and support Create a life that feels aligned with who you are—not just what others expect from you
