About My Clients
Most of the clients who come to me have been through traditional therapy and are asking for a deeper connection with self. Many are seeking a more holistic approach to healing what's stealing their joy. Each session is 90 minutes to give us the time we need to get to the source of what is needed and heal from there. I can't say how many sessions you will need though three is most common. I do know you will feel better when you leave.
My Background and Approach
My background is in integrative Mind-Body therapies (holistic) and includes transpersonal, clinical and medical hypnotherapy, transformational Reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Past Life Regression-to heal repeated patterns from previous incarnations, inner child healing from the subconscious level. These approaches work well with anxiety, stress, confidence, self-esteem and anything that is stealing your joy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have an inner healer. Teaching clients to access and heal is my passion. I get a great amount of joy when that happens! My interests are being in nature, whether it's hiking, walking my dog or taking long weekends and long roadtrips in my RV. I stand for women's rights at every opportunity.
