I am trained to help individuals with anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD. Using strength based therapy, mindfulness, and holistic therapy tools, we can explore your situation together and help you learn how best to manage your mental health.

I work with my clients using a strength-based approach. We will discover what currently works best for you so we can expand on that in order to reach the goals you have set. I include an educational piece so you can know more about your situation, whether it is anxiety, depression, or ADHD. My goal is to increase your resilience and your ability to express your best self.
