About My Clients
I provide therapy for individuals and couples. Areas of specific interest include working with couples on relational problems, trauma, bereavement and the impact of mind-body-spirit interactions on health and wellness. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique and that the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the counseling process.
My Background and Approach
I work from a systemic perspective, seeing how family, environment, and life experiences can all impact mental health, emotional functioning and relationships. It is my belief that creating a comfortable and genuine experience is necessary for change to occur.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from a strengths perspective and believe everyone has the ability to overcome challenges and create their best life. My goal is to provide an open, safe, judgement free and warm space to grow and heal.
