About My Clients

I work with those who have spent so much of their lives taking care of everyone else that they've lost touch with themselves. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, stuck in survival mode, struggling in relationships, or wondering why healing feels so difficult. You may have experienced trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, major life transitions, or simply feel disconnected from the person you want to be. Wherever you are, I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

My Background and Approach

I believe lasting healing comes from understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that our minds and bodies are deeply connected. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped your life while building practical tools that help you feel more grounded in the present. I integrate evidence-based approaches including somatic therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs rather than expecting you to fit into one approach. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to feel safe, accepted, and deeply understood. Much of our pain develops in relationships, so I also believe that healing happens through relationships built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My hope is to create a space where you don't have to hide parts of yourself, have all the answers, or worry about being judged. I'm especially passionate about the connection between the mind and body. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy learning about the nervous system, attachment, somatic healing, and the ways our physical and emotional health influence one another. I believe caring for ourselves means honoring our whole selves, not just our symptoms. Above all, I believe people are far more resilient than they often realize. We are not defined by what has happened to us, and healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have always been there beneath the pain, fear, and survival.
