I want to be here to support you in riding out and navigating the challenges so you can thrive and take in the joys. I want you to live wholeheartedly. No matter what has happened to you or what has brought you here today, you get to enjoy life, you get to achieve your goals. Let’s do this. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to provide client-oriented, evidence-based therapy and case management. Primarily DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Currently obtaining training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
