I believe the core components of healing come from sharing our stories, feeling heard and seen, and listening to the inner wisdom the body and its desire to release what no longer serves us. I support my clients to feel in alignment with their deepest self & their vision and values through body and mind and heart practices and healing through a sense of belonging and community.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in OCD, life transitions, anxiety/stress and depression. Using a comprehensive assessment and collaborative treatment planning, I tailor therapy to meet your goals and values. My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive; I honor the complexity of your experiences and invite you to bring your full self—your identities, history, and inner knowing—into our shared space. I see you as the expert in your life, and I’m committed to integrative, evidence-based and trauma informed care, drawing from ACT, ERP, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we’ll co-create a space and learn tools and strategies that support healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard, seen, and safe to share our stories. Our bodies carry wisdom—and often, a longing to release what no longer serves us. In our work together, I support you in aligning with your values and deepest self through practices that integrate mind, body, and heart, grounded in a sense of belonging and community. My values in therapy and in life are to show up authentically, connect on a deep level through active listening and witnessing another, having a growth mindset, and most of all leaning into kindness, compassion and presence.
