About My Clients
My clients are often women in their 40s or older who are looking to reduce anxiety, stress, and burnout to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I also have worked extensively in supporting people who have left (or are coming out of) a toxic relationship and helping them heal and empowering them to live their best lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a commitment to using a holistic, strengths-based approach in my work with clients. I believe in treating each person as a whole, recognizing the complexities of your experiences, rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis. By considering all aspects of your life—emotional, psychological, social, and physical—I aim to support your growth and well-being in a comprehensive way. In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The techniques I use are tailored to meet your unique needs, providing a flexible and individualized approach to help you overcome challenges, develop resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where my clients are active participants in their own healing and growth. I firmly hold that change is always possible, regardless of where you are in life or what challenges you're facing. I view each person holistically, recognizing that you are more than just a diagnosis, and I work to empower you to achieve your goals, whether they are large or small. Together, we will explore your strengths, address barriers, and create meaningful pathways toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
