About My Clients

Many of my clients feel anxious, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns of overthinking that are hard to shut off. On the outside, they may appear capable, responsible, and high-functioning—but internally they feel on edge, tense, or unsure why their mind won’t slow down. Worry can feel constant, even when there is no immediate problem to solve. I work with adults experiencing generalized anxiety, chronic stress, and performance-related anxiety. My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, performance anxiety, and the mind–body patterns that keep people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true abilities. My background includes extensive training in EMDR, MCT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches that help the brain shift out of survival mode and into clarity, confidence, and calm. I’ve worked with many high-achieving, highly sensitive, and creative professionals who struggle privately with fear, self-doubt, or the pressure to “hold it together.” I take a collaborative, supportive approach—helping you understand why your symptoms show up and giving you practical tools to change the patterns underneath them. My work focuses on helping you feel grounded, capable, and fully present so you can perform, speak, connect, and live with more ease and self-trust

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when people feel seen, safe, and understood. I don’t view anxiety or trauma responses as “problems to fix,” but as signals from a nervous system that has been working hard for a long time. I value compassion, curiosity, and using mind–body approaches that are grounded in neuroscience and real-life experience. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths and feel more confident in moments that matter—whether performing, speaking, or navigating relationships. Outside of therapy, I’m interested in mindfulness, personal growth, and learning how the brain adapts and heals. I strive to create a space where people feel respected, empowered, and able to be fully themselves.
