About My Clients
I support teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, and challenging transitions. My approach is evidence-based and focused on helping clients develop awareness, strengthening coping, and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I have been a therapist for over 20 years and spent the majority of that time in community mental health and integrated care. I am certified in EMDR and also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and many other therapeutic skills that fit your individual needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe effective therapy is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. My clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, and the ways people adapt during periods of uncertainty or transition. I’m drawn to work that helps clients understand patterns, strengthen coping, and reconnect with what matters to them. I approach therapy with a focus on safety, attunement, and clinically grounded decision‑making, offering a space where clients can explore concerns with direction and purpose.
