About My Clients
If you're navigating the overwhelming intersection of late-diagnosed ADHD, complex trauma, and chronic stress, you're in the right place. Perhaps you feel constantly exhausted by masking, burnout, or a nervous system stuck in survival mode. I specialize in helping you move past traditional talk therapy to heal deeply. Using EMDR, somatic tools, and IFS-informed parts work, we will honor your unique brain, release stored trauma, and build a life of genuine ease and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
My background in educational psychology and health science means we will not just talk about your struggles. Instead, we will work directly with your brain and nervous system to create real change. Specializing in late diagnosed ADHD, complex trauma, and burnout, I integrate EMDR, IFS informed parts work, and somatic approaches to help you quiet your inner critic, release stored stress, and find genuine ease. Together, we will honor your unique brain and build a compassionate path forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins when we stop trying to force ourselves into boxes that were never built for us. As someone who was also late diagnosed with ADHD, I know firsthand the relief, grief, and liberation that comes with finally understanding your own brain. Because of this, my practice is deeply rooted in the belief that neurodivergence is a natural, valuable variation of the human experience, not a deficit to be fixed. I am committed to providing truly affirming, trauma-informed care that honors your unique nervous system. Beyond the therapy room, I am passionate about mental health education and translating neuroscience into accessible resources, advocating for compassionate, body-centered approaches that empower you to live authentically.
