About My Clients
Don't let your struggle become your identity. I can help you find quality of life and feel better about yourself by working together on mental health and/or relationship concerns. My clients are age 13 and up, individuals or couples. I specialize in anger management and am experienced in a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use.
My Background and Approach
I use an individualized approach for each client, and often start with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Unhealthy thinking can keep us mired in depression, anxiety, or addiction; I help clients to find their way out. For some people, anger stuffed inside leads to depression. Other clients have had challenges because they cannot control their anger. I help these clients learn healthy ways to express anger and manage conflict.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves respect. I believe that we all experience mental health struggles from time to time, and that there is no shame in seeking help. Therapy can help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
