I partner with individuals stuck in unhealthy patterns, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, relational issues, co-dependency, depression and trauma. I utilize evidence-based therapy alongside creating grace filled environment.
My Background and Approach
My goal as a therapist is to create a positive, affirming and safe environment where growth, change and development can occur. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a plan based on the client’s articulated goals by allowing them to take lead during the process. I strive to develop a trustworthy therapeutic relationship where you can get the safe space to explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I am passionate about helping people discover their authentic self and innate worth by integrating Christian faith with professional psychological training. I believe every individual is uniquely gifted and being a natural encourager, I strive to empower my clients especially dealing with depression, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, co-dependency, anxiety and struggling with unhealthy relationships.
