About My Clients
I help clients set goals and work closely with them in developing a treatment plan. I have experience in working with Women struggling with anxiety, depression, infertility, relationship issues, parenting issues, and life changes. I also work with teens and college age students who are struggling with anxiety, depression, COVID related issues and other stressors. I also work with people with chronic illness who experience stress and anxiety related to their chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I provide in person or online therapy. I try and create a warm inviting counseling process in which clients can achieve their goals.
