My Background and Approach
I have been trained in a variety of methods for counseling, and I predominantly work from a person-centered perspective with influences from mindfulness-based and Family Systems perspectives. I have also completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy. I am happy to offer insight into creating your own meditation practice, as well.
My main priority in counseling is offering a safe, inclusive space for my clients to practice authenticity with themselves in order to make positive changes in their lives.
