About My Clients
My clients consist of children (age 10 and up), adolescents, young adults , and adults. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulty with a life transition, or communication issues with your partner, together we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My Background and Approach
I have 20+ years of experience practicing in the commyunity. My approach is to use an eclectic, individualized treatment plan with each client. Utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Strengths-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Interpersonal/Relational therapy, I help my clients achieve their goals, and face their challenges. Being human is a full time job and challenging at best. I like to create a safe environment for clients to explore challenges, express their needs, and work towards a happier, healthier life. Many clients are going through transitions at home or in relationships. Some are having anxiety about going to college, struggling with perfectionism and high stress levels at their job or school, or are having difficulty in their relationships with others (parents, spouses, children). I'm here to help you through these struggles and to aid you in learning techniques and coping skills that can help you learn to manage your stress levels, communicate better with loved ones, achieve a balance between work and relaxation, gain better self-worth, and change old patterns that no longer serve you.
