About My Clients
I work with clients who aspire to reduce their emotional distress or conflicts as they struggle with feelings of anxiousness, low self esteem, grief and loss, concerns around addiction, as well as those who would like to enhance their life through change. I feel honored when clients allow me to join them on their journey toward wholeness. I am committed to helping my clients feel empowered to achieve their own personal treatment goals.
My Background and Approach
I am very committed creating an atmosphere of safety. I am here to listen, cheer, challenge, encourage, and support my clients. Successful therapy depends on the positive and safe relationship between a therapist and her client. A good amount of my energy will be spent connecting with you in a way whereby you trust our path and feel accepted and supported. I believe we are all on spiritual paths that intersect and provide endless opportunities to learn from one another. I continually strive to achieve mindfulness or being fully present in the moment. My clinical approach includes the use of CBT and DBT focusing on connecting events, feelings, thoughts, & behaviors.
