My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have had the opportunity to work within the field as a foster care social worker, in-home outreach counselor, therapist for children’s full service partnership: intensive in-home mental health service program ages 0-15 and their families, clinician within special education, hospice social worker, work related stress therapy, graduate level intern supervisor, and district school social worker. With my extensive background, I pride in the work I do, as it has bought much joy within connections made and progress shown by individuals and families when they do the work to heal. We walk through the current situation, identify unresolved trauma and develop coping mechanisms and a better sense of self to live presently and move forward with enthusiasm.
