About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationships, cultural identity, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My clients are often seeking clarity, connection, and deeper self-understanding. I specialize in supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant communities, creating a space where their experiences are seen and valued. Together, we explore patterns, heal wounds, and build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and aligned with who they truly are.

My Background and Approach

I am a pre-licensed therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed, systemic, and culturally responsive therapy. My background in medical family therapy and interprofessional collaboration allows me to address mental health within the broader context of relationships, identity, and culture. I have experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant communities, helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and identity exploration. My integrative approach draws from evidence-based models to foster insight, emotional healing, and meaningful change. Clients benefit from a nonjudgmental, affirming space where we explore patterns, challenge limiting narratives, and build tools for resilience. I aim to support clients in deepening self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting change that aligns with their values and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing begins with connection. In our work together, I’ll support you in exploring your unique identity, your relationships, and the things that shape your experience. I’m committed to creating a space that is rooted in equity, inclusivity, and respect for who you are. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and highlight the power of attachment, knowing that the relationships you build can help you heal and grow. Whether you’re navigating challenges related to your cultural identity, relationships, or past experiences, my goal is to empower you to embrace your resilience and move toward the life you deserve.
