About My Clients
You do it all - career, family, and everything in between, but the pressure has you feeling stretched thin and edgier than you’d like. You want to stay effective and keep your momentum while feeling like yourself again, not constantly overwhelmed. I understand these pressures firsthand. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in high-stakes corporate leadership, constantly expected to deliver, perform, and push through. I know what it’s like to feel unseen and stretched thin.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in CBT, DBT, ERP, and parent-focused approaches such as SPACE. I work primarily with high-functioning adults and parents who manage full, demanding lives and need support that fits the reality of their day-to-day, not idealized wellness routines. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in senior corporate leadership. That experience gives me a firsthand understanding of performance pressure, constant decision-making, and the expectation to hold everything together. In therapy, you won’t need to justify why certain tools don’t fit your lifestyle, we focus on strategies that work within it. My approach is practical, collaborative, and paced to your life. We don’t chase “work-life balance” or force techniques like meditation or breathing if they aren’t accessible in the moment. Instead, we focus on reducing spirals and developing a toolkit of healthy coping skills, so you can stay effective without burning out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in respect, curiosity, and real life. I value cultural humility and understand that family, identity, and obligation are experienced differently across cultures and generations. I’m committed to inclusive, affirming care and to creating a space where you don’t have to minimize your struggles or present a polished version of yourself. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness or perfect balance. I believe in helping people build sustainable ways of coping within the realities of their lives. At my core, I believe therapy is about feeling seen, understood, and supported as you figure out what works for you.
