I practice Holistic Health Psychotherapy. Being a registered dietitian, fitness expert, and mindfulness-based clinical psychologist enables me to treat mind, body and spirit. I believe in an integrative approach that is tailored to your needs. My approach is warm, engaging, and empathetic, and is rooted in integrated psychological theory.

I have much experience working with those struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and chronic pain.
