About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem or coping. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns and developing meaningful solutions.
My Background and Approach
With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and groups across a variety of clinical settings. My professional background includes experience in psychiatric hospitals, juvenile detention centers, community mental health agencies, and private practice. These diverse experiences have allowed me to work with clients from many different backgrounds who are facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and goals to counseling, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is collaborative and individualized, meaning that I tailor treatment to meet each client’s specific needs, preferences, and objectives.
