I believe that both internal and external factors contribute to our experiences, which shape our views. I aspire to embrace each of these factors and celebrate the unique differences in all individuals. Therapy is not always "pretty," but I strive to meet your fears, strengths, and concerns with love and warmth.
My Background and Approach
I hold a MA in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses and presenting concerns. My clinical experience has largely centered upon depression, anxiety, and trauma. Though many different techniques may be used in therapy, my approach is person-centered and led by the immediate and long-term needs of each client's individuality.
