I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing memories, reduce trauma-related symptoms, and regain a sense of stability. Whether addressing PTSD, dissociation, or complex trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to heal and move forward with greater resilience and empowerment.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients explore and heal the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. By fostering self-leadership and internal harmony, IFS allows clients to unburden wounded parts, reduce inner conflict, and cultivate resilience. Whether navigating trauma, PTSD, or identity struggles, IFS offers a powerful path toward deep healing, self-acceptance, and lasting transformation.
