I believe the mental health field has, at times, been too focused on diagnosing and over medicating symptoms rather than truly understanding the person as a whole. My approach is holistic because that’s what has supported me most in my own healing journey. I'm here to guide you on yours — toward clarity, peace, and the life you deserve. With curiosity and compassion, I can help you explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, and work with you to uncover patterns that no longer serve you. I integrate nervous system education into the process, because our well-being lives in the body as much as the mind. By deepening your awareness of recurring thought patterns and bodily responses, we can begin healing old wounds and creating a healthier, more conscious you.
