About My Clients
I support clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and undergoing treatment or in remission from cancer. Some of my client focus groups are educators and those in the service industry.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a person centered approach, meaning I believe the client has all the tools needed to promote healing and change and that an authentic and compassionate relationship can create a safe space to explore and process that healing and change. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, existential therapy, and psychoeducation to help the client achieve their goals. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each of us is unique, with our own experiences and perspectives. I want to honor those in a compassionate, caring and unbiased way to create a counseling relationship that allows for healing and growth. I support clients from all backgrounds, and am LGBTQIA+ aligned, polyamory, kink, and sex positive, and an advocate for children and minorities.
