I believe that curiosity opens the door to self-discovery, and together, we can create a path to healing and growth that feels right for you. In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive, and open space where we’ll begin to explore what brought you to therapy and set the groundwork for the journey ahead. As your therapist, I commit to sitting in the passenger seat as you drive through life. You’re in control, and my role is to offer guidance, support, and help you navigate the obstacles you encounter along the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that humans are multifaceted beings, and understanding each facet of one’s identity, as well as how these facets intersect are integral to understanding one’s overall being. A client’s racial identity is just as important as their gender identity, ethnic identity, spiritual identity, economic identity, and professional identity. I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and authentic space for all clients to express themselves, to feel heard, to feel seen, and to feel empowered.
